Introduction

Microsoft Office Excel, well known as Excel Sheet Processing, is a useful program to make tables, lists,calculations and so on. Excel has been recognized for many people from many jobs because it facilitates their daily works by revealing its “infinite” tools.
In this document will be explained somedifferent kinds of tools of this program and you will learn how to use them properly to make your spreadsheet easier.

Toolbars

There are four basic toolbars in Microsoft Excel: The Standard Toolbar,Formatting Toolbar, Formula Bar and the Status Bar.

Standard Toolbar:

It is called “standard” because it is standard. This means that we can find the same toolbar in other MicrosoftOffice programs as in Microsoft Office Word.

Formatting Toolbar:
With this toolbar you can change the look of yourspreadsheet and their numbers. As the numbers represent so much, within all the spreadsheet contains, Excel has several buttons to format them. The other formatting buttons work as expected.
Theformatting commands are generally applied to the entire cell. You can also format only part of the text contained within the cell (font, font size, style, color), but instead, number formats, alignment, andindents only apply to cell integrity. The alignments and indents are applied only within the cell and not through the whole page or spreadsheet.
