Argentinean Food

It is crucial for people to try new things in life. I like to try new things also.So, for the first time in my life I went to an Argentinean restaurant. I could not imagine how good and delicious Asado was. Asado is a mixture of grilled meats. Asado is a great variety of meats likepork, chicken and beef all in one barbecue. Argentinean cuisine consists mostly of grilled meats accompanied with great wines and liqueurs. Everything was so vivid and vibrant, especially the food.Three attractions that characterize Argentinean restaurants are food, music, and atmosphere.
It was my girlfriend’s birthday, a beautiful night with the sky covered in shimmering stars. We thoughtabout a famous restaurant in Brentwood named Tango. My girlfriend is a native South American so she could speak fluent Spanish. She ordered Asado for us. She didn’t explain what it was, but if she hadto choose anything for me again I would not hesitate saying yes. The first thing the waitress bought was a dish with little hot breads and butter. Also we ordered an Argentinean wine. We are not winedrinkers, but that wine was like something that came from God. It was the color blood but so delicious.
Asado is a combination of meats with side dishes like traditional tasty rice and beans. The meatwas so juicy and delicious with the South American spicy pepper sauce. At the end, the waitress asked us if we wanted any dessert. We looked to my girlfriend and she said "Crema volteada" would begood for us. "Crema volteada" would be good for us. “Crema volteada” is like a flan for us but not exactly a flan. It has a different taste but in the mouth the sugar does wonders. The waitress boughtus a cake and we sang "Feliz Cumpleaños," (Happy Birthday song).
There was lively music because an Argentinean group was playing and dancing Tango. I never ever heard such melody nor watched such...
