RESUMEN
La decisión de la corte de la Haya frente al territorio marítimo Colombiano ha sido una de las perdidas territoriales más grandes para nuestro país , pues de este territorio marítimo la isla de San Andrés y providencia se mantenía económicamente de la pesca y el turismo que se producía en el mismo .Está decisión fue tomada el 19 de noviembre del 2012 y esta constaba en la delimitación de la frontera marítima entre Colombia y Nicaragua , en donde Colombia perdió más de 70 mil metros cuadrados. Aunque Colombia perdió territorio , hay que aclarar que Nicaragua gano una parte significativa , para comenzar su crecimiento económico , mediante la construcción de las dos plataformas continentales. ElGobierno Colombiano a tratado de tener tratados o convenios con el Gobierno de Nicaragua , para la protección de los ecosistemas encontrados en este territorio , ya que se encuentra la reserva de Seaflower , recordando que es uno de los ecosistemas marítimos más grandes en el Caribe y no se debe dejar a un lado un tesoro tan grande para la humanidad. Aunque ya tomada la decisión , Colombia tienetodo el derecho en pedir a la corte , una revisión nuevamente de este caso.

ABSTRACT
The decision of the court in The Hague against the Colombian maritime territory has been one of the largest territorial losses for our country , for the maritime territory of the island of San Andrés and Providence remained economically fishing and tourism thatoccurred therein. This decision was taken on November 19, 2012 , and this consisted in the delimitation of the maritime boundary between Colombia and Nicaragua , where Colombia lost over 70 thousand square meters. Although Colombia lost territory , we should clarify that Nicaragua won a significant part , to begin its economic growth through the construction of the two continental shelves. TheColombian government has tried to have treaties or agreements with the Government of Nicaragua , for the protection of ecosystems found in this territory, which is the subject Seaflower , remembering that one of the greatest maritime ecosystems in the Caribbean and should not be put aside as great treasure for humanity . Although the decision already taken , Colombia has every right to ask the courtfor a review of the case again .

A decisão do tribunal em Haia contra o território marítimo colombiano tem sido uma das maiores perdas territoriais para o nosso país , para o território marítimo da ilha de San Andrés e Providência permaneceu economicamente a pesca eo turismo , que ocorreu aí . Esta decisão foi tomada em 19 de Novembro de 2012 econsistia na delimitação da fronteira marítima entre Colômbia e Nicarágua, onde a Colômbia perdeu mais de 70 mil metros quadrados.
