Foreword
This Publicly Available Specification (PAS) has been prepared by BSI to specify requirements for assessing the life cycle greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) of goods and services. The development of this PAS was co-sponsored by the Carbon Trust and theDepartment for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
It has been assumed in the preparation of this PAS that the execution of its provisions will be entrusted to a competent person or persons for whose use it has been produced.
