They will be used:

• 6 batteries 9 volt (54 volts total)
• A capsule of petri
• Silver nitrate
• Protective gloves
• Conductive wires
• 4 clamps alligators


Wewill conect the six batteries with each other, in series with the positive pole with a negative one, we will leave a negative and a positive free to then connect the alligator cables to eachpole. Then we will place the nitrate in the capsule, connect the cables separates on the container, at least 3cm long between each, we will soon begin to see some raised ramifications, the silver will startto leave the negative terminal and go the positive, who will be creating  nitrogen bubbles that it means that it will be in the process of evaporation.



Why does it happens?Because connecting electricity to the compound makes energy causes nitrogen (gas) evaporate and leave the solid (silver) in the container.  The silver will separate the nitrogen in the form of branches becausesilver is a metallic element so it is electropositive.


By placing first in the container the cable that carries a negative charge and then place the cable carrying positive charge,the silver willtry of electrons (negative) and attempt to approach the proton (positive) and the gas will evaporates due to heat produced by energy use.

Connect the black cable (negative) first, because bypassing electricity makes the silver dissociate nitrogen and then connect the red cable (positive), so the silver can follow the source of energy.
