RESUMEN


El presente trabajo monográfico es un intento de analizar las características que presentan las personas que están orientadas por una serie de déficit sociales, familiares, psicológicos, por lo que realizan comportamientos que van en contra de las conductas establecidas por una sociedad o grupo humano, llevando acometer acciones; que permiten elaborar pensamientos increíbles de la gran capacidad que tienen los humanos para tales conductas destructivas y poca capacidad para realizar obras de bien. Presenta las características sociales, educativas y psicológicas así como los elementos que se han servido para elaborar dichos indicadores, presenta a los abusadores sexuales y homicidas, indistintamente seanmujeres o varones, que elementos los hacen actuar así, con esa insanía y agresividad a la especie humana y sobretodo con los mas débiles. Analiza trabajos de investigación que sobre el tema existen en nuestro medio, dando la idea de lo difícil que es establecer pautas que permitan reconocer a estas persona con anormalidades sociales, psicológicas y afectivas.

ABSTRACT


The present monographic work is an attempt to analyze the characteristics that you present/display the people who are oriented by a series of social deficits, familiar, psychological and they make it make behaviors that go against the conducts established by a society or human group, taking tocommit actions, that allow to elaborate incredible thoughts of the great capacity of which they have the humans for such destructive conducts and little capacity to make good works. It presents/displays the social, educative characteristics and psychological as well as the elements that have used to elaborate these indicators, it presents/displays to the sexual offenders and homicides,indifferently they are women or men, that elements make them act thus, with that insane and aggressiveness to the human spice and coverall with but the weak ones, analyzes works of investigation that on the subject exist in our means, giving the idea of the difficult thing that it is to establish guidelines which they allow to recognize these person with social abnormalities, psychological and affective.Key Word: Offender, homicide, punishment
