Part time, substitute Sales Position. Choosewhat days you'll work. Perfect for a licensed person who doesn't want to be tied down to a regular schedule or for a newly licensed person looking to gain sales experience. This position offersexcellent opportunities to advance into a permanent sales position.

PrimeTime Communities is a real estate sales and marketing company specializing in new construction condominium homes. We currentlymaintain on-site sales staffs at approximately 25 new home communities, primarily in the eastern Massachusetts area, but also in New Hampshire, Maine, and Rhode Island. PrimeTime is in need ofsupport members to fill in during absences and as extra help on an as needed basis.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills and must beproficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel software. You must be available to work on weekends and be willing to drive to various site locations.

A real estate license issued byMassachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, or Rhode Island, or the willingness to obtain one, is required. The state license would determine where you would be called to work.

This is a part time/on call positionwith an excellent hourly rate of pay.
