People who changed the world
1 ………………………………. We are going to talk about some important people who changed the world. William Shakespeare, English poet, dramatist, and actor, often called theEnglish national poet, is widely considered the greatest dramatist of all time. He was born in April 1564 and that he died on April 23, 1616.
2 Shakespeare married Anne Hathaway when he was 17. Manyof Shakespeare's plays are based on others' earlier plays, histories, and poems. During his life, Shakespeare wrote 37 plays and 154 sonnets!
3 Shakespeare was also an actor who performed many ofhis own plays as well as those of other playwrights. Shakespeare is the second most quoted writer in the English language. Some of the most important William Shakespeare’s plays are:
4 *Antony andCleopatra *The Comedy of Errors *Hamlet *Julius Caesar *King John *The Merchant of Venice *The Merry Wives of Windsor *Othello *Romeo & Juliet* Timon of Athens *The Two Gentlemen of Verona.
5Walter Elias Disney was born on December 5, 1901 in Chicago and he dead on December 15, 1966. He was an American animated film producer and animator. He was also the creator of an American-based themepark called Disneyland, and the founder of the highly profitable corporation, now known as The Walt Disney Company.
6 Walter Elias Disney was an entertainment pioneer, introducing families togroundbreaking cartoons, feature films, theme parks and more. Walt Disney was dyslexic. Dyslexia is a learning difficulty condition where the sufferer has difficulty reading and writing as well asspelling.
7 In 1922 Disney started making longer shorts based on well-known fairy-tales like "Cinderella".
When Walt Disney created Mickey Mouse, he originally named the little mouse Mortimer Mouse butwas persuaded by his wife, Lillian to change it. Mickey's films were successful, but it was in merchandising the studio became truly lucrative.
