We all long for everlasting love. It’s the dream of everyone and this movie can give you an example of what that is.
It’s a romance mixed with drama type ofmovie and it starts Shane West and Mandy Moore.
The story takes places in the real-life city of Beaufort, North California in 2002. It’s about a student namedLandon who meets Jamie because he and his friend had always made fun of her because of how good she was. Bet he gets to know her better as she helps him with theschool play. The first day they come, Jamie tells him she would help only on one condition, that doesn’t fall in love with her. He took it as something stupidand accepts. Unexpectedly, Landon finds himself falling in love. Jamie reacts with fear to learn that Landon wants her., she warned him not to fall in love.Days later, Jamie tells truth to Landon, who has Leukemia for two years, and that her body doesn’t respond to the treatment. Even this fact about the couple evenmore. Landon proposes marriage and only lasts a summer, because she dies.
The film ends when Landon after 4 years says: “Our love is like the wind, I can’t seeit but I can feel it”. As you know, the movie has an incredibly sad ending. There were a lot of thing I like about the movie. The acting was absolutelyfantastic and the story was extremely thought provoking. Unfortunately, the dialogue was a little boring and the costumes were extremely ridiculous.
Overall, Ithough A walk to remember was absolutely beautiful. It’s a great movie. You shouldn’t miss it. My recommendation is: See it with your boyfriend or girlfriend.
