1:Present Perfect.
The present perfect uses in the language Englishman to narrate facts that already have happened in a moment, specific or not, in the past but that continue having a relevancy inthe present.
The verb corresponds in his structure with the past perfect one in Spanish, that is to say, have is constructed by the auxiliary verb or you have if it is in third singular person (Ihave, she, it), more the participle of the verb: I hold + have/has + verb in past participle, but not always in his use: I have been married for two years. (I go married two years.).
In the sense ofthe previous example, his use is specially important to connect the past with the present and, even, the future. Of there, his frequent use with adverbs of time as for, since, etc}
2: Present Perfect:Affirmative, Negative and Interrogative.
Affirmative
*I have eaten an apple.
*He has bought a car.
Negative
*I've never been to Salamanca.
*I haven't finished yet.
Interrogative
*How manytimes have you seen that film?
*Have you been to the Prado?
3: Present Perfect with: for and since.
For and Since they are in the habit of associating with the Present Perfect (Have/has + participlespent from the verb).
Examples: For.
Example 1: I have been studying English for ten years.
Example 2: I have been living here for twenty years.
Examples: Since.
Example 1: Since she came hereI've been very nervous. .
Note: "She came" expresses a particular point in time.
Example 3: She has been married for ten years.
4:Perfect present: examples of for and since affirmative and negative.Affirmative
*I have been here for four years.
*I have lived here since 2011.
Negative
*I haven't seen them for a long time.
*I haven't been here since I was a kid.
5: Present Perfect with:Just.
Use just to express actions that have happened recently. Just goes after the auxiliary have/has and before the past participle
Examples:
*I have just lost my umbrella.
