INTRODUCCTION
We are going to explain the process of manufacture to assemble an automobile.

* All automobile’s pieces are made of minerals that are gotten fromthe earth (like carbon iron, and fution of minerals to make some.
* An automobile is the sum of welded pieces, put together to form the body.
* Metal is melted to give form to it in samplepieces then they are assembling to get more complicated pieces.
* To assemble these pieces two types of welding are used.
1. - welding for resistance (to rich the fusion of two metals by pressureand electricity by a determined time.
2. -mug welding. 1500 to 3500 of mug weds are needed, for to make a car (gives strength to welding joints).

To assemble a car is like to put a puzzle together.First the bases and the uprights are formed the car shell (bodywork or body).

2. MOBILE PARTS ASSEMBLE-all the mobile parts are made in foreign countries but they are assembled in the main matrix because of the export-cost (to pay for volume only the pieces but, not for the car itself)

The car must be sprayed with phosphorus to be protected from oxidation.
5- PREIMER. (First grey paint for protection)
6. –ALCOHOL WASH. (To eliminatereminders)
7. – SULFEISER. (First paint according to the color of the car)
8. –PAINT. (Computerized automatically, just need to choose the color)
