Staying Fit and Healthy
Sometimes we ask ourselves the reason fordoing exercise, and eat healthy, but we cannot find a reason to do it. There are many reasons why we should do that. One of the important reasons for beingfit and healthy is that you can have a lower blood pressure, and that can reduce the probability of having and prevent chronic diseases such as cancer anddiabetes.
A person with a good fit can do many things, like having more resistance than others; also have flexibility and athletic performance.Staying fit can bring many more benefits like having healthy skin and hair, and that makes seeing the person with a better personality.
I think beinghealthy says a lot about you, it makes you feel better, like not having stress and anxiety, sleep better at night and is good for your life, and you can add afew more years to your life. A healthy lifestyle can help a lot as well as mental, physical and social. Each person can find their own reason why beingfit and healthy. Also can be fun and healthy, and without problems and pain.
Another reason to be healthy is because you can make a difference in life, asto be success in life, which also improves self-confidence and mental attitude. Staying fit and healthy is not only a reason for appearance, the trulyreason is to have a better life. In conclusion, I think everybody should start doing exercise and stop eating fast food, to be happy and have a enjoyable life.
