Qatar

1) Introduction
Qatar, an independent country, is located in the Middle East, peninsula bordering the Persian Gulf and Saudi Arabia. Qatara, believed to refer to the Qatari town of Zubarah, animportant trading port and town in the region in ancient times. It is from the Persian word "Gwadar" which means, a port, a bay-port. There are similar places in the region with that name.

Weather: In January and February temperatures in Qatar plummet. The cold can’t be compared to that of Westerncountries, though, with the average minimum temperature at just 13°C and the maximum temperature at 21°C. In June and July it's the hottest average temperatures in Qatar. They peak at around 41Celsius and sometimes even more.

Qatar's economy hasprospered in the last several years - in 2010 Qatar had the world's highest growth rate. Oil and gas likely have made Qatar the highest per-capita income country - ahead of Liechtenstein & the countrywith the lowest unemployment

Qatar is a country of people belonging to different religion so its language will be of diverse types. The most commonly used language of Qatar is theArabic. The other Qatar languages, which are no less popular, include Urdu, Tamil, Malayalam and Western Farsi. The Arabic Language is the most widely used Qatar language. This language of Qatar has beendivided into two parts- Arabic Standard and Arabic Gulf-spoken.
7) Culture
Food is often eaten by hand, and hands and arms should be washed before eating.
