Qué és la FIATA?

FIATA has different categories of members: 
Association membersIndividual membersGroup membersHonorary members
- Association members: are organizations representing the entire or part of theforwarding sector of a country and / or a region.
Each association member holds the right to present motions, as well as nomination and voting rights.
- Individual members: This are forwarding andlogistic enterprises as well as legal entities closely associated with the forwarding and logistic branch.
Individual membership category A for Freight Forwarding companies which are members of theAssociation Members affiliated to FIATA 
Individual membership category B for Freight Forwarding companies in countries and / or regions where no Association Members is affiliated to FIATA 
Individualmembership category associatefor shippers, carriers, suppliers or any other entity closely related to the freight logistics industry, including lawyers and law offices, specialised in freight transportand logistics law- Group members: may be international organizations representing the forwarding branch of a group of countries, or international association whose members are active only in asub-sector of the forwarding and logistic branch.
Group members may be:
International organisations representing the forwarding branch of a group of countries if all the members of the internationalorganisation are national associations, which in turn are National Association members of FIATA 
International forwarding groups representing the same or similar interests to FIATA 
Internationalassociations whose members are active only in a sub-sector of the forwarding branch
Honorary member: are persons who have been of particular service to FIATA or the forwarding industry.
