Coconut flan

The coconut flan is a delicious, easy to prepare, sweet, cheap and great to share with friends, and now you La guera and me goingto have the pleasure to share with 3 famous men: David Bisbal, Alvaro Saboria and Daddy Yankee.

We need:
Ingredients:

2 can evaporated milk
2 can cream of coconut
2 can condensed milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar (for caramel)
1/ 2 cup water (for caramel)

Utensils:
Blender
Oven
Kitchen
Refrigerator
Cooking pan
Pyrex
Spoon

Preparation:

Cook sugar in a pot and water and heat over medium heatuntil it becomes caramel (color gold). Pour quickly into the Pyrex.
Blend the remaining ingredients (2 can evaporated milk,2 can cream of coconut, 2 can condensed milk, 3 eggs,1 teaspoon vanillaextract ) and put into the mold where it was candy.

Cover pan with plastic wrap and cook in a water bath for 45 min. low heat.

Check if you have not cooked enough or by moving it gently (theconsistency should be similar to the gelatin). If well cooked remove from heat and let cool in the same mold. If you are still a bit raw, cook a few minutes and then cool.

Unmold the pudding when it ischilled and serve.
Variations:
