Recycling Plastic Bottles
Main problems and of pollution:
The pollution causes serious impact on our environment and in our space because it pollutes the air and kills the flora and fauna ofdifferent regions of the world. Contamination can also leave the Earth without food for many animals and other living species, the biggest problem facing the environment is the lack of consciousness ofhumans, as we believe that many of our daily activities would not affect in the future as spending water, polluting it with chemicals, the use of many cars and industries over time cause unimaginablerepercussions.
One type of pollution that has to be considered as the most important is the waste of plastic’s bottles, around the world the amount of this material is above 12 millions oftons per year. Nowadays people is more conscious about the recycle of materials, the plastic of the bottles known as PET is not the exception, the point is that just 20% of the total of this have theprocess of recycling, it means 9.6 million o tons still in the earth without any care, so if we add the 9.6 of this year, and the last 5 years we have millions of tons of PET that is polluting ourworld.
Sometimes the cities don’t have the infrastructure and the equipment to recycle materials, so this makes more difficult the idea of recycle this material instead of throw it away. The usesafter the process to recycle the Pet could be to elaborate bottles again, to make fibers for rugs, clothes, bags, and also to build houses. A remarkable point of the use of Pet is that people shouldconsider another alternative to reduce the amount of use of this material, because the solution of the problem is not just recycling. We have to be conscious that the excess of use of some materialscan make an irreversible damage to the planet.
