The recruitment involves a process that varies the organization. It consists of a set of techniques and procedures designed to attract qualified candidates potentially capable of occupying positions within the organization. To achieve its mission, the recruitment must attract enough candidates to supply adequately the selection process. Also involves activities related to research andintervention in the sources able to provide the company sufficient number of people to achieve the objectives.
3 New Methods of Hiring Personnel
Employers and organizations are always updating their forms, methods, and what they are looking of an employee. Actually, it exist new methods and many skills for apply and look for a job. Some tools used nowadays are the following:

* Mass media
* JobListings
* Job Fairs
* Agencies
* Chambatel
* Internet (websites, e-mail)
* Educational Institutions
* Relatives or recommended
* Door to door on the street

Nowadays, people don’t look for a job as some years ago (going personally to the enterprise or looking in newspaper ads, etc.); today, almost everything is electronically via internet, no more papers. But, also aresome “actual” methods of recruitment as facebook or twitter, OCC (or any page of recruitment where someone can apply to a new offer), and some others like e-mail. Also in the US it exist a form of “hiring” new men to be part of the army, by videogames.
Recruit by a videogame? The US army has a videogame called “America’s Army” that could be played in Xbox 360 and where teens or young adults(between 16 and 24 years old) play “real missions” forming part of the US army. But, these videogame has a website where they can ask something about army or the game to real army members; also they can fill up an army form to apply for entering to the army. The game develops abilities and skills and also helps when doing some simulators (pilot and some others).
Facebook/twitter as a recruitmentmethod? Not only facebook or any social network, also companies’ websites have a section to apply for a job and this method actually is one of the most used by any organization on the world. Also in some internet job boards, as sometimes are called, someone can seek for some specific jobs. Because nowadays anyone can access to the net, it is essentially to have some presence on the net andactualize information and be opened to new and experimental job searchers. It is easily to seek for jobs then see the specific skills and things the employer is looking for in other to decide to apply or not.
All needed is a phone call! Phone calls or Skype as a recruitment method is actually used, most used during interviews. This could happen for example when company need to hire someone into acertain position but the manager isn’t on the city on that moment so they could have a phone or video call (by telephone, Skype, msn, or another media). A friend had had a job interview and when after the HR personal interview he had an Skype interview with his future boss. It was kind off strange at the beginning but finally was a little bit funny.
Today they are so many methods for looking or recruitfor a job and depend of the kind of company it is and the formality. Also the age of the person could influence too, because older people prefer to write and handed in all in papers but younger people prefer all electronically methods and are kind off “ecological” by safe paper.
