Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing to complain about the Explorer holiday service in July this year. It certainly leaves a lot to be desired. Not only weren´t most of the characteristicsmentioned in your advertisement real, but I had a problem with the bill.
First of all, you say in your advertisement that the exploration is done in small groups, but the group I was inwas huge, and that is not the best way to enjoy a trip. According to your advertisement, the coaches were full equipped, whereas ours were old and unconfortable, and they broke down, whichhampered our mobility during excursions. In your leaflet you also talk about air-conditioning in the hotel rooms. However,it wasn´t in my room, and this was extremely disappointing as itwas really hot. Dining service was awful too,there weren´t even enough waiters, and the ones that there were weren´t nice to be waiters in a five star hotel. As you say in youradvertisement, dining is an unforgettable experience, but not exactly because of its excellence, but because we spended more time ordering than eating. I also have to complain about the pool, that hadno water, but was included in the services I paid for. This was a big hassle because the beach we can see in your leaflet was like 200 miles away from the hotel.
Finally, I should liketo complain about the bill I got at the end of the holiday. In your advertisement you say "all inclusive", but now I have to pay 200 euros in the consumption of the bar, which was supposedto be included.
I would be grateful if you would give me a good response about it. I also require a refund for the services mentioned in the advertisement that couldn´t be used,as theswimming pool, the air conditionig, as well as a review of my bar bill. I look forward to hearing from you soon: If not,I will be forced to take the matter further.
