Reforma Constitucional de Seguridad y Justicia
En nuestro país, recientemente se llevó a cabo una reforma en el sistema penal, para garantizar la justicia en los procesospenales. Se realizó esta reforma, para mejorar el sistema ,que estaba muy atrasado y para que ahora si se tomen en cuenta los derechos fundamentales y las garantías individuales que están plasmados en nuestra Constitución.
Algunos cambios que se han realizado, consisten en que todas las personas son inocentes hasta que se demuestre lo contrario, sólo se demostrará la posible participación del acusadoen lugar de acreditar el cuerpo del delito, el Ministerio público es el que tiene la carga de la prueba. También las personas que defiendan a otras deben de ser abogados titulados y las personas tienen el derecho de escoger quien quieren que sea su defensor y su salario será mayor para incentivarlos a trabajar mejor y llevar de mejor manera los juicios.
