Reincarnation… Fact or Myth?
If we tell you that you have lived many lives before this one is not the last that you would live. Would you believe us? When the soul or spirit begins a new life in anew body that could be human, animal or actually a plant, we call it reincarnation. This reincarnation would depend on the type of actions and the moral quality of your previous life. In the newexistence you should pay the bad things that you made or collect the gift for your good behavior. This is also a common belief in many religions around the world.
Reincarnation offers a veryattractive explanation of the destiny of the humanity. For us to know that we have lived many lives before this one and have the hope that we would have many more to come is a good perspective for judge themeaning of life. First, it gives assurance for continuing this existence and in further lives and thus having a renewed chance to attain liberation. Second, is a way of rejecting the monotheisticteaching of the final judgement by a holy God, with the possible result of being eternally condemned to suffer in hell. Third, seems to explain the differences that exist amoung people. In other words, whysome are healthy, others are tormented their whole life by physical handicaps. Some have success without being religious, others are loser. Some of the religions, majority the eastern religions,explain that this differences are as result of the previous lives. Which bear their fruits in the present through the karma. Actually in other words reincarnation seems to be a perfect way of punishing thebad actions or rewarding the good ones. All this is possible without the need of accepting a personal God as ultimate reality.
With the reincarnation we have the famous concept of the karma. Thekarma operates in the whole universe like a chain that it is in continuous reaction of cause and effect. If you have a life fill with good karma your other existence would be full of good surprise...
