ABSTRACT
The intention of the current paper is showing the results of a investigation of descriptive character whereof object was design a computerizedinstructional module for learning – teaching process in a programmatic holding unit from the subject Chemistry I at University Nucleus “Dr. Argimiro Bracamonte” from Centro Occidental“Lizandro Alvarado” University (UCLA), which contains the following themes: Solutions, Chemical Kinetics, Chemical Equilibrium and Ionic Equilibrium. The study was marked on a non-experimentalfield investigation, transactional descriptive kind, whose sample was represented by sixty (60) students of semester I from Agro industrial Technology Program, considering two phases forperforming it. The first phase of the study, showed across to the application of a Questionnaire in Likert’s Scale, the existing necessity over Chemistry I subject to dispose of educationalinstruction materials allowing to strong the learning – teaching process, through the self-study and self-learning. The second phase boarded the design of a educational software,supported on the methodological proposals from Marques and Walter Dick and Lou Carey, as soon as on the cognitive and constructive theories of the learning; It was elaborated using theMacromedia Dreamweaver Mx and Front page programs for Web pages editions, Corel Paint Shop Pro for images edition, Ulead Video Studio for videos edition, Flash for programming menus, photos andmusic and the Firefox Program and Internet Explorer as Web Pages navigators.
