In China there are 332.970.000 families. The members' average of the urban families is of 3,2 and that of the rural ones of 4,3. In general, the Chinese familyis formed by the father, the mother and the son or daughter; also there exist families of three or more than three generations. Since the people aspire to the freedom of individual life, the familieshave trend to be simplified to support only the immediate relations.
The father and the mother elaborate the plan of familiar development and discuss these matters, also there is rationalized thedivision of the domestic tasks. Both the husband and the wife support voluntarily the development of the above mentioned tasks
It is very difficult to generalize on the features of the family in thecurrent China. The differences between city and field, the uneven development between geographical zones and the disparity of income in an economy every day more opened have repercussions in thefamiliar institution. At the same time, the information across the television and Internet on ways of life and ways of thinking different has provoked a change of attitudes, values procedure and conductsespecially between the young persons
Though the Chinese are in general small friends of the sugar, and certainly of the chocolate, little by little they begin to enjoy the sweet flavor of the westernchocolate and a market of 1.300 million potential epicures is coveted increasingly by the big multinationals of the cocoa.
The Chinese, according to the statistics, consume less than 50 grams ofchocolate for person and year, opposite to eight kilos of average in Europa Occidental (in whom the Swisses are the kings of the sweet, with 10 kilos per year). The Chinese market of the chocolate,which moves approximately 639.000 million dollars a year but I could give much more of yes in the future, it promises to give big tumbles this year.
