It all starts with the thought that either it's cool to do drugs or you can just do it once without it affecting you. Drugs have a terribly strong hold on those who fall to them. There are somany teens who go to rehab every year. They didn't think that doing a small ammount of drugs would ruin their lives, but you can see what happens to them all. You shouldn't let anyone push you orintimidate you to smoke. You should get involved in other activities or sports to keep you healthy.
Drug abuse is not a new issue; it has been with not only us, but also all over the world for years, oreven centuries, and the main reason of the persistent threat of this problem is simple: drugs can be addictive. Misuse of drugs is lethal - once you are addicted to drugs, you can suffer fromhallucination, nausea, brain damage, and even death.
I don’t want to face the consequences of drugs. I will be confident or assertive about saying "NO" to drugs. I will declare my own rights while stillrespecting the rights of others. You could get really sick or even die. This is really important cause doing drugs too much could harm your body. Doing drugs underage could harm your body even worse.Plus some drugs are illegal until you’re a certain age. Some drugs are illegal to everyone. It is also hard to get off drugs once you start them. People who are hooked on drugs need drugs to go to sleepand do other activities. If you’re considering using drugs, it can help to think about why you’d do it. Some teens use drugs to feel grown up or to rebel against their parents. Maybe they think drugswill help them fit in or be cool. Some hope it will help them do better in school or deal with stress. Some use drugs to feel good or have more fun at a party or club. But the truth is that there aremuch better ways to do all these things

Remember, your body and your future belong to you. Don’t let anyone talk you into doing something that could hurt them.
