PALABRAS CLAVES: Seguridad, Industrial, implementación, inspección, actividades, riesgos, recursos.DESCRIPCION: El siguiente artículo presenta en forma detallada el panorama y las recomendaciones del sistema de Seguridad Industrial en la empresa SENALOK S.AS, dedicada a la fabricación y distribución de especialidades químicas.
Una de las inquietudes de este artículo es las recomendaciones que como estudiantes de ingeniería industrial se le pudieran hacer a esta compañía para lograr la disminuciónde accidentes laborales principalmente en el área de almacenamiento del producto terminado.
Para ello se realizó un diagnostico general del área de almacenamiento, y se comenzaron a proponer actividades que propendan por la mejora de la misma, ya que en esta área se involucran riesgos de seguridad y riesgos físicos.
Se realizó entonces como recomendación una lista de verificación para controlarel programa de seguridad industrial en la empresa y se propuso un cronograma de actividades a llevar a cabo; también la creación de un grupo de seguridad industrial y brigadistas que apoyen su implementación y desarrollo.
Con el pasar de los días y la implementación de dichas recomendaciones es donde se da cuenta la empresa de la importancia de este proceso, pues la seguridad industrial es unarama importante en todas las organizaciones.

DESCRIPTION:
This paper presents indetail the scenario and system recommendations Industrial Safety SENALOK S.AS Company dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of specialty chemicals.
One concern of this article is the recommendations as industrial engineering students is this company could do to achieve the reduction of accidents mainly in the storage area of the finished product.
To do a general diagnosis of the storagearea was performed, and began to plan activities which foster the improvement of it, because in this area of security risks and physical risks involved.
A checklist was then made ​​a recommendation to control the industrial safety program in the company and a schedule of activities to be carried out was proposed; also the creation of a group of industrial safety and brigade support itsimplementation and development.
With the passing of the days and the implementation of these recommendations is where the company realizes the importance of this process, as industrial safety is an important branch in all organizations.

INTRODUCCION
Desde los inicios de la historia el ser humano ha buscado la forma de cuidarse en su lugar de trabajo, es así como se empieza a hablar de la SeguridadIndustrial la cual era reflejada en un simple esfuerzo individual más que en un sistema organizado.
