ESTRATEGIA

PLANIFICACIÓN
* ORGANIZAR UN ELEMENTO DE SEGURIDAD, ENCARGADO DEL ESTUDIO, PLANIFICACIÓN, DIRECCIÓN Y CONTROL DE LA POLITICA DE SEGURIDAD.
* REALIZAR UN ESTRECHA COORDINACIÓN CON LAS DEMÁSPOLITICAS DE LA EMPRESA.
* ORGANIZAR COMITES Y EQUIPOS DE COONTROL ENCARGADOS DE LA SUPERVISIÓN DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS NORMAS DESEGURIDAD QUE SE DICTEN.
* FORMULAR LAS RESPECTIVAS POLITICAS DE SEGURIDAD, SEÑALANDO ALCANCES Y DETERMINANDO RESPONSABILIDADES, ASÍ COMO LAS NECESIDADES PARA SU BUEN FUNCIONAMIENTO.
* PROPONER TODAS LAS MEDIDAS DE PROTECCIÓN POSIBLES TANTO DENTRO DE LA EMPRESA COMO FUERA DE ELLA, Y QUE ATAÑEN LA SEGURIDAD DEL SISTEMA.
* SE REALIZA UN ESTUDIO DE SEGURIDAD PARA DETERMINAR UNA SERIE DERESULTADOS REFERENTES A LOS FACTORES GEOFÍSICOS Y DE ORGANIZACIÓN QUE INCLUYAN EN EL HOMBRE, EN EL GRUPO DE HOMBRES, EN LOS MEDIOS DE PRODUCCIÓN Y EN EL MEDIO DONDE LABORA.
* Coordinación de procesos internos dentro del proyecto, con el propósito de elegir el camino más eficaz para llegar al objetivo.
INVERSIÓN
* PARA QUE EL GASTO SE CONVIERTA EN INVERSIÓN HAY QUE PLANIFICAR Y ANALIZARLOS DIFERENTES ELEMENTOS QUE COMPONEN UN SISTEMA DE SEGURIDAD Y SU INTEGRACIÓN AL PLAN GENERAL DE SEGURIDA INDUSTRIAL, CUANTIFICANDO LOS EFECTOS POSIBLES Y SU RENTABILIDAD.
