I'll talk about Self Compacting Concrete.Self Compacting concrete (SCC)

Is a mixture, of materials like sand, gravel, water and additives.
Is characterized by a high yield, high deformability and moderateviscosity necessary to ensure uniform suspension of solid particles during transportation and placement.
Transporting to jobsite and
placement means strained in place and accommodation.
Thisconcrete can be used for reinforce sections in the places where there can be no access to vibrators for compaction and in complex shapes of formwork.
I'll tell some advantages and somedisadvantages to use SCC.

And finally I'll explain five tests necessary for use the SCC.
* The first is slump-flow.
In this picture thetechnicians added the self compacting concrete in the Abrams cone, then they removed the cone and wait the mixture is disperse.

This test is to check the flow.
Added the mixture in the v funnel, there is a blockage.
