INTRODUCCIÓN
Las ecuaciones que describen el movimiento oscilatorio están planteadas en sistemas ideales donde no están consideradas lasfuerzas disipativas como el roce del aire. Dichas fuerzas retardan el movimiento y en consecuencia la energía mecánica y el sistema disminuye en el tiempo y se dice que el movimiento esta amortiguado.Cuando la fuerza retardadora es pequeña comparada con la fuerza restauradora el carácter oscilatorio del movimiento se preserva pero su amplitud disminuye en el tiempo hasta llegar a cero, es decir,el sistema se detiene.

INTRODUCTION
The equations that describe the oscillatory movement are raised in ideal systems where they are not considered to be the forces disipativas as the fret ofthe air. The above mentioned forces retard the movement and in consequence the mechanical energy and the system diminishes in the time and it is said that the movement this one muffled.
When the forceretardadora is small compared with the force restorer the oscillatory character of the movement is preserved but his extent diminishes in the time up to coming to zero, that is to say, the systemstops.
