At the beginning, he didn’t know what was the teams objective,when he knew about the propose of the team, he had accepted to belong to the smart team. He shouldn’t have accepted enter in this game. After that, he went to Las Vegas over many weekends, and thenwhen he arrived to the casino, he started to swindle using a system based on count cards, locations inside casino, gestures, with this system He and his group earn more than 500.000 dollars. Heshouldn’t have changed his personality because he lose his real friends and he shouldn’t have abandonment the important projects because, his friends had continuing with the project and they receiveimportant goals. He should have defined personality and he shouldn’t have gone for the easy way.

The group of his had joined, had started to have difficulties because they only want earned money. Oneof his team members who was the best until he had joined them, started to have problems with Ben. This member didn’t want that Ben earned more money than he, and the team member shouldn’t have lefttheir group only for Ben. Then the team member decided to be alone and he stole of the money that he had with his team.

Finally they decided to capture this member, and Bens group developed aplan to take him to jail, also the plan was to recover their money, and this member had recombined in the casinos and he couldn’t return swindle. When Bens team made the plan , they win all the money ,also the police knew that Bens team were going to this casino and the police tried to arrested their but they diverted the police from the member of the group who stole all their groups money.
