Superate Adoc

INTRODUCTION
Being inside this program is a blessing but, do we really know who had this idea? , Why are we here? And what did ADOC Enterprises see in these public school students? These questions are maybe not enough to describe this real, wonderful and important part in our lives but thinking about it can be difficult if we do not know at least a little about our story.
With thisinvestigation we can show the real story. Discover some things that we did not know about our home, what our teachers think about our work as students and like human beings.

CENTRO !SUPÉRATE¡ ADOC

Its objective is to help raise the educational level of the youth of scarce economic resources of El Salvador, to provide new and better life opportunities.
ADOC has benefited from scholarships to 50 younghigh school freshman, from 37 public institutions of Resume and vicinity. Of these, 25 are treated in the morning shift and 25 in the evening. Every year 50 scholarships will be awarded more. 

Centro ¡Supérate! ADOC provides a curriculum, from basic to advanced, teaching English, Computing and Values ​​or vocational guidance. The scholarships are valid for three years continuous and parallel tothe public education program. Thus, students who study at their school in the morning CSA attends the afternoon or vice versa. Classes are held Monday through Friday for three hours.

ADOC enterprises gave CSA a big space in its campus. CSA has three classrooms, a library, a computer center, and a green zone. Besides the offices for the principal and the teachers. The classrooms have specialfurniture, and two classrooms can become in an auditorium.

It was inaugurated on September of 2008. The Minister of Education participated in the inauguration of the ADOC Training Center (CSA), part of "Supérate" program. During the ceremony, signing the agreement between the Founder and Program ¡Supérate! ADOC.

This initiative stems from the social work of the Foundation Company ADOC and thedesire to benefit young talents who have excelled academically and are of limited means who have great potential to become bigger and better professional and loved human beings.
CSA, as part of Supérate, was allied with Dell and Microsoft.

Dell El Salvador has become one of the strategic partners of the program and, with their support and contribution of technological resources, allowstraining centers have computer centers of cutting edge technology.

The CSA came into operation on 12 February.

Based in the history the best graduation class for the moment has been the 2011, because there were some students who were really submerged in computering subject.
Now its name is Centro Supérate ADOC.
Now Supérate program is now in Panama, that’s why Programa Empresarial Supérate hadto look for the way to identify properly its Centers.
CSA has won the highest scores of TOEIC and TOEIC Bridge, the first award in National Microsoft Word Certification and the third in International. Some students have scholarships in other countries like United States and Honduras.
Last year the schedule changed from 8:45 to 11:00 to 8:10 to 11:00. This has helped students to have more hourspracticing English, Computering and Values. And also with Learning Clubs students can have reinforcement and get better scores at the end of the year.
But being a student is not the same as being a Supérate teacher or a Supérate principal.

Important Personalities in CSA:
This is the space for the people who have a really important place in our training center.

Roberto Palomo: founded ADOCin the mid 1950s. As of 1990, ADOC was the largest employer in El Salvador with over 3,000 employees. ADOC has retail operations, leather and rubber production and processing operations, and the only abattoire in El Salvador to be United States Department of Agriculture approved.
