*Brief Overview: In this book the author presents hundreds of “hands-on, mind-on” projects to stimulate actively and engage students in positive learning. The book consist of 33 unitswith summaries, social studies topic areas, critical thinking questions, and dozens of easy- to do activities for every graded level.
*My reasons for choosing this book: I think this book is agood option because children would have the opportunity to learn with real material.

Active Experience for Active Children.
By Carol Seefeldt and Alice Galper
*Level Age. This bookcould be used with student of 4th grade.
*Brief Overview: This book consist of 8 clear concise and useable guides for planning meaningful experiences in the social studies.
*My reason forchoosing this book. This book is an excellent material for teacher and for students. Although this book consists of 8 activities it is easy to use. This book provides vivid activities for students in orderthem to understand social studies topics.
