RESUMEN DEL CONTENIDO EN ESPAÑOL:

El presente plan de negocios pretende demostrar la factibilidad de la creación de una empresa de responsabilidad limitada y de pequeño tamaño dedicada a la fabricación de carnes procesadas caracterizada por el alto valorpercibido de sus productos y dirigida a todos los habitantes del municipio de Leiva Nariño.
Este proyecto nace a partir de la visión de desarrollo del sector cárnico y de la necesidad de los consumidores de bajo nivel adquisitivo en el municipio para encontrar un producto que a bajo precio garantice la inocuidad, y calidad de la materia prima y el proceso del producto, teniendo en cuenta el altonivel de informalidad de estas empresas en el sector.
Dado que el sector de los cárnicos procesados tiene mucho potencial y resulta altamente atractivo a continuación se desarrolla el tema.

RESUMEN DEL CONTENIDO EN INGLÉS:
This Business Plan pretends to demonstrate the viability of a small size, limited responsibility company dedicated to the manufacture of processed meats. Two of the mostimportant characteristics of its products will be the high value perceived by the consumers and that its commercialization will be focused to low income population in the neighborhood of Barrios Unidos in Bogota.
This project emerge from the vision of development of the processed meat sector of the economy and the necessity of the consumers with low purchasing power, in the city, to find a productthat at a low price will guarantees quality. The processed meat sector, focused to low income population, has been traditionally identified as
unregulated, offering low quality products. This creates an excellent opportunity to
a new company that by offering quality and value, can achieve a very important participation in the market.
