ABSTRACT
Following it show the business plan that presents relevant results on the creation of the Children's Service Company "Nanny Kids Care".
The business plan is divided in five researches: Marketing, Technical, Organizational, Legal and Financial. Each of these researches, detailed points necessary to obtain reliable results, appropriate with themarket.
In the marketing research, describes the child care services, which provided to families, services per hour of qualified nannies that attend a maximum of 2 children. Babysitters are part time college students, it mean a maximum available of 4 hours per day. The diurnal day part is between 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and nocturnal day part is between 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a. m., the services areprovided at home of each family and the babysitters will be available weekdays, weekends and holidays throughout the all year.
In the target market it is estimated a 24.6 percent of people, that it willing to pay the price of L 150.00 per hour in the diurnal day part and L 200.00 per hour, in the nocturnal day part, so estimated sales from L 913,125.00 in the first year and an annual growth inmarket share of 2 percent.
The research technical is a descriptive form. Its makes different diagrams processes, human resources costs, distribution illustrations and facilities locations.
The legal research is to establish the viability in the legal way, it decided to create business entities of "Limited Liability Company" and the name of the company is "Business Services Child Care S.A. - NannyKids Care", the amount cost in organization is around L 8,370.00.
The organizational research defines the structure, selection procedures, recruitment plan, training plan staff and salary structure, also proposed descriptions activities. The total amount salaries in the first year is about L 562,524.00 with 14 employees, 3 employees in the administrative area and 11 employees in the operationalarea, which 7 experienced nannies and 4 babysitters in training.

The financial research defined the financial viability. It present a financial model for business plan projection in 5 years, also the initial investment is about L 652,220.00, it works with a external financing from L 456,554.00 for working capital and assets, representing a 70 percent and other 30 percent from the partnership...
