RESUMEN
El siguiente estudio deinvestigación, tiene como objetivo fundamental comparar la técnica de anestesia troncular convencional con la técnica de anestesia de Akinosi en cuanto a su eficacia durante la extracción de losterceros molares inferiores que se encuentran en posición mesio-angular y grado de inclusión 2, en pacientes que acuden al Servicio de Cirugía Bucal de la Facultad de Odontología de laU.C.V.

SUMMARY
The following investigation study has as fundamental objective to compare the technique of anesthesiaconventional troncular with the technique of anesthesia of Akinosi as for its effectiveness. This is during the extraction of the third inferior molars that they are in mesio-angularposition and degree of inclusion 2. This investigation was made in the Service of Buccal Surgery of the Ability of Dentistry of the U.C.V.

INTRODUCCIÓN
La profesión odontológica debe afrontar los retos que se le imponen permanentemente. Es por ello que continuamente surgen trabajos a nivel mundial, tendentesa mejorar, actualizar y profundizar conocimientos sobre nuevos materiales dentales, en encontrar nuevas técnicas en las áreas de Endodoncia, Periodoncia, así como en las otrasespecialidades que conforman al mundo odontológico.
