Introduction:

In this project titled “Things I cando to improve my community, town or nation” I will show you some of the most basic problems that are shown mostly everyday of our lives in our nation of Puerto Rico. I will explain what exactly ishappening that in some way is damaging our economy, our nature and even our own personal health. So I hope you enjoy my project and may everything will be resolved in the future, so we can live happilywithout thinking of what would happen.
The first most harmful problem that I experience since the first day I moved here where I currently live it’s the Cemex Incorporation Factory, its locatedextremely close to where I live, the thing that harms mostly all of our communities located nearby this factory is that when they start working they liberate into through their tall metal chimneys tothe atmosphere is a really strange gas that affects our lungs and throat and if we inhale it gives us some strong cough and possible allergies. But that’s only one problem that’s causing harm,another thing that the Cemex Factory harms us is the actual cement they make itself, once they start working their large chimneys liberate a lot of dust and most of it are caught on the trees and thenearby forest making them wither and turn into the color gray, but at least the smoking problem hasn’t shown in quite a while so that is a good sign in my opinion. The last and final problem of the CemexFactory is, unexpectedly or possibly without warning they start to burn tires and as they burn them a lot of ash is liberated into the sky and they smell affects those people that have asthma.
