The song I chose to analyze is “Three Little Birds” by Bob Marley & the Wailers. It is the fourth track on side twoof their album Exodus Produced in 1977 with others songs like jamming, one love or natural mystic. The song “Three little birds” was released as a single in 1980. The song has been covered bynumerous others artists. One of the most notable covers was by British singer Connie Talbot, whose version reached number one on the Billboard Hot Singles Sales chart in 2008.
Duringseventies, Bob Marley had left Jamaica to find refuge in England. The context in which was written the song is, in the world: the cold war.
