Tijuana became an outlet for Southern Californians. They flocked to Tijuana and the surrounding area to experience the fun and entertainment. Not longafter, racetracks and casinos sprung up. They helped support Tijuana’s economy during the Mexican Revolution. This was the very early phase and begging of Tijuana’s development.
