ITINERARY


The4th of January:

We’ll start with the city tour and we’ll visit the National theater of Costa Rica, The Pre-Columbian Gold Museum and the historical cities of San Jose. This tour immerses you inthe Rich costarican culture and history by experiencing the beautiful theater and Gold museum.
It begins with an orientation and drive through San jose´s beautiful Sabana Park. Next we will take awalking tour through the historic National theater completed in 1897 the theater is a masterpiece in art and architecture. Afterwards we´ll visit one of the many unique museums of Costa Rica, it islocated in a subterranean building underneath the Plaza de la Cultura and is managed by the Banco Nacional de Costa Rica. The museum has a substancial Collection of over 1600 artifacts of thePre-columbian gold back dating back to AD 500.The Collection includes Costa Rica´s first coin. In C.Rn history gold was considered a symbol of authority and the items are a testament to the craftsmanship ofthe precolumbian period.

The 5th of January:

We´ll continue heading to (Arthur Gord) orphan-hood, we will spend a wonderful and amazing time there, it´ll be an unforgettable experience!!!! Inthe evening shift we´ll visit the coffee plantation , located in Heredia city Café Britt they´ll explain the process of growing and exporting that fruit, which were our principal export product.The 6th of January: (Friday) community service and classes

The 7th of January. (Saturday) Monteverde cloud forest

The 8th of January: (Sunday) free day!!!!

The 9th, 10th of January: (Mondayand Tuesday) Classes
The 11st of January: (Wednesday) we´ll visit Sarchi.
