Often we have asked ourselves what makes a person to be a good worker or what I can do to be a good worker. There are so many characteristics that do a person be a goodworker and separates himself from the rest of workers. There are many features so I will focus on some to see and explain in depth. A good worker must be to find balance between work and personal life,to work in team, to have own initiative and responsibility, to have Interest in expanding their knowledge, commitment to the company, persistence and fulfill the task entrusted.
Many people believethat work takes precedence over our personal life and other people believe that personal life comes before work. Both are views to be respected but to be a good worker does not are useful the firstone or the second one. A good worker must be to find balance between work and own life. A worker that can combine work and personal life is a happy worker and a happy worker can produce much and betterin her/his work, so a person who wants to be a good employee should be able to carry out his/her work without affecting her/his personal life and vice versa. A good worker has to have very clear thatwork is work and personal life does not affect it.
Although is good to be independent, a good worker should get along with colleges and be able to work in a team. As William S.
