FLOODING RELIEF: WHO IS THE RESPONSIBLE?
Flooding is one of the worst natural dissasters in the entire world. We need to remember that, even flooding can be predicted, only nature is who decideswhen does it happen. Knowing when it is going to happen, government can make a stragery to prepare us to receive it and to know how to continue life after its happening. However, the damage will bethere, and even more if we don’t adopt the recomendations. Then, after that flood happens, its relief is the responsability of every member of society and not just government.
Nature is more powerfulthan anything. It surprises us in every moment, seems to be predictable but isn’t everytime, for example, weather is in constantly change. So, this instability, which has been increasing through thetime, has made government ask about the inhabitants’s well-being. Hereby, there are some technological investments to know where and when it can happen. Nonetheless, predicting a flooding andpreparing people to receive it, won’t be helpfull unless inhabitants give the importance needed, because government plays its part when it gives recommendations, but people has to follow these to achievethe flooding relief; if people doesn’t, the aid from government will be useless.
When we think about  damage that a natural disaster leaves, we find that this so much. For example, people that livesfrom crops will be affected, inhabitants that live near to lakes as well. If we think about the scop of flooding, considering that agronomy is the base of economy of the majority of the population, wewould say that all this region will be affected in some way. Sometimes people say that this kind of problems are caused because of a lake of government’s backing. But, a few persons take the placeof government, it can do preventives camapings that can work out only if people take that seriously and attend the recommendations.
