World Day No Snuff (Día Mundial Sin Tabaco)
This day is celebrated by campaigns inthe mass media(medios de comunicación) and other activities with the aim (con el objetivo) of creating a change in the people conscience, they have to start thinking in the risks that this adictioncause in humans and also they have to start controling the adolescents so they can prevent them being adict to tobacco so young. Each year this campaings have headings(encabezamientos->la razon por lacual pelean), the one of this year is: "Free adolescents of tobacco", by which they are trying to prevent the danger of taking a cigarette to kid's mouth.
Every year the OMS chooses a central topic tospread concrete messages during this world campaign. This year the topic chosen is the CMCT (framework convention of the control of tobacco), which is the first agreement negociated by the OMS. Thisagreement have some rules which are:
+Total elimination of the tobacco's smoke in spaces or certain environments: they think that it is not good the existence of the smoker and not smoker areas inbars and restaurants because it could be very risky for the people inside those places.
+All the packages of products of tobacco have to contain sanitary warnings including images and text: there aresome tests that reveal that the warnings which only contain text are not so effective as the ones that contain images and text.
+They prohibit all the advertising of tobacco: they prohibit because ittries to present the consumption of tobacco as a normal habit.
+They increase the tobacco taxes to help to reduce the demand of tobacco: they recognise this rule as an important for all the...
