¿ what is the first thought that comes to your head when people say zombie ? , I am pretty sure that all of us think about all the undead creatures that haveseen in all terror movies, but nowadays we could find another definition. We are turn into zombies and not because we were bitten or has a weird illness like in the movies, it is just because we aregiving ourselves into what society wants to turn us , for example if you go on a bus , most of 50% of people are using their phones and if they’re walking on the streets you can see them updatingtheir twitter or Facebook. It seems they didn’t care about what could happen around them, in some point technology is getting us away from our humanity.
Thanks to all advances in technology field we cansay that our lives are now easier that it was to be 20 or maybe 50 years ago and they are right, we have everything we want to reach as easy as can be, for instance now we can order all goods we wantfrom market by internet, or see what is going on around the world, by just using our pc. Don’t take me wrong, I believe this is great and give us a lot of chances to say and do whatever we want , butin some point this is making us indifferent to all problems that our planet is crossing by.
I mean , I’m not saying we are not concerned about wars , contamination , starving around the world , weall are worry about this, we can even express our opinion on internet , create a blog, make campaigns , but little by little we are losing our sense of care about those things , we are getting deeperin all what our society wants to give to us and what society is turning us .
A few weeks ago the new IPhone was launch to the market, a lot of people made a really long queues to get one , they evencamp around the apple stores,¿ this is not too much for just a phone? . I said it before, I consider technology as a great tool , but for example with all those people waiting for just a phone days...
