Capítulos XXIV-XVI

The last three chapters of the book do not keep a common theme, but are a kind of conclusions and proposals with respect to the government of Italy that emerge from this political handbook. Chapter XXIV is a warning to the Italian princes who lost their territories for not fitting or not even knowing the observations made in the previous chapters, in other words, according to Machiavelli, Italy has lost their kingdoms by the ineptitude of rulers and the indignant defense have made their states.

            This so-called continuing care in Chapter XXV where Machiavelli complaint which can not be all to the will of God, that must be impetuous and make use of free will to recover lost territories and splendor of Italy. For Machiavelli's fortune, call it God or fate, is only half the battle, only indicates the circumstances in which men act and therefore must be bold and daring to the greatness that can only be achieved through actions.

            Finally, Chapter XXVI is an appeal to regain the glory Italian, is a call to redeem the princes defeated by organizing new troops to expel the barbarians, foreigners, and ennoble the country.
