Advervios En Ingles

DE MODO: Utilizamos estos adverbios cuando queremos expresar la manera en que se realiza una acción. En general se forman agregando "ly" al final del adjetivo.
La mayoría terminan en 'ly' que equivale a la terminación 'mente' n castellano. Generalmente derivan de adjetivos

También hay excepciones a esta regla:

Los adverbios de lugar nos permiten indicar dónde se realiza una acción: here, there, above, everywhere, away.

away (euéi) – lejos
indoors (índóors) - adentro, bajo techo
outdoors(áutdóors) - al aire libre
above (abáv) - arriba, encima
below (bilóu) - abajo, debajo
underneath (anderníiz) - debajo, abajo, por debajo
beneath (biníz) - debajo, abajo, por debajo
ahead (ejéd) -adelante
behind (bijáind) - atrás, detrás
in front (in frónt) - en frente
opposite (óposit) - en frente
around (aráund) - alrededor, por aquí
beyond (bi-iónd) - más allá
aside (asáid) - a unlado, aparte
sideways (sáidwéis) - hacia un lado, de lado
back (bák) - detrás, en la parte trasera, hacia atrás
over (óver) - encima
all over (ól óuver) - por todas partes
over here (óuver jíer) - por aquí
over there (óver déer) - por allí
right here (ráit jíer) - justo aquí
right there (ráit déer) - justo allí
up here (áp híer) - aquí arriba
down there (dáun déer) - allí abajo
up (ap) -arriba, encima, en lo alto
down (dáun) - abajo, hacia abajo
uptown (áptáun) - en la zona residencial
downtown (dáuntáun) - en el centro de la ciudad
upstairs (áps-téers) - en el piso de arriba
downstairs (dáunstéers) - en el piso de abajo
uphill (áp-hil) - cuesta arriba
downhill (dáun-hil) - cuesta abajo
upwards (ápwards) - hacia arriba
downwards (dáunwards) - hacia abajo
inwards (ínwards)- hacia adentro
outwards (áutwards) - hacia afuera
forward (fórward) - hacia adelante
backwards (bákwards) - hacia atrás
onwards (ónwards) - hacia adelante
homeward (jóumward) - hacia casa
everywhere (évriuér) - en/a todas partes
nowhere (nóuér) - en/a ninguna parte
somewhere (sámuér) - en algún lugar
anywhere (éniuér) - en cualquier/ningún lugar
elsewhere (élsuér) – en otra partesouth (sáuz) - al sur
north (nórz) - al norte
west (uést) - al oeste
east (íist) - al este
southwards (sáuzwards)- hacia el sur
northwards (nórzwards) - hacia el norte
westwards (uéstwards) - hacia el oeste
eastwards (íistwards) - hacia el este
southbound (sáuzbaund) - rumbo al sur
northbound (nórzbaund) - rumbo al norte
westbound (uéstbaund) - rumbo al oeste
eastbound (íistbaund) - haciael este

DE TIEMPO: Cuando queremos expresar en qué momento se realiza una acción, utilizamos los adverbios de tiempo: now, early, late, soon, already, tomorrow.
early (érli) - temprano
late (léit) - tarde
earlier (érlier) - antes, más temprano
later (léiter) - luego, más tarde
then (den) - luego, entonces
before (bifór) - antes
after (áfter) - después
afterwards (áfteruárds) – luego...
