La actividad de Análisis de Requisitos Software analiza las necesidades del cliente estuvo de acuerdo y se establecen los requisitos de losproyectos validados. La actividad dispone lo siguiente:

- Obtención, análisis y especificación de los requisitos del cliente
- Acuerdo relativo a los requisitos del cliente.
- Verificación yvalidación de requisitos.
- Control de versiones de los requisitos de software del producto.
