Introduction

Critical Management Studies have been settled as a process which debates the authority and relevance of conventional thinking and its practice. Critical of established social-economic practices and institutional arrangements, it challenges principal systems of domination (i.e. labour exploitation) and endorses thedevelopment of different options to them.  The CMS induces upon a number of critical traditions; in particular, the initial articulation was the thinking of the members of the Frankfurt school (1924) of Critical theory and focused in the managerial style used in a given company. The major contributors of this school whom their job was primary focused in the critical discussion are the ideology of thesocio-historical conditions, are as follows: a) F. Hegel (1770-1831), whom has been considered as the major contributor of Movement’s summit 19th century and who was very interested in the interrelation between Marx and the impact on his philosophy; b) Karl Marx (1818 -83) – whom mainly focus his work to lay economy law of motion of modern society, this can be translated in the capitalist mode ofproduction; c) Sigmund Freud (1856-1939), he developed the Theory of mind and human behavior and also his studies were focused in therapeutic techniques to help people with mental disorders.

Moreover, the CMS has been developed into a multi-ethnic and comprehensive movement incorporating a variety of types of perspectives, this could be ranged from labour process theory (Braverman, 1974) to amore drastic feminism.

Socio-economists who participate in the Post Modernism were M. Foucalt whom analyses the relationship between the subjectivity, power and discourse by using the concept of disciplinary techniques. Additionally, J.Habermas (1929) analysed the basic elements of communication as symptoms of social practices, via the Theory of Communication action.

In recent times, aset of ideas broadly branded "poststructuralist" have been enhanced to complement and challenge the insights of Critical Theory, giving new incentive for academics seeking to challenge the existing circumstances and enable a more inclusive and future humankind condition for managerial practice.

One of the major features of the Critical Management Studies is that can provide an overview oftheoretical approaches, issues raised internally (due to managerial styles, organization culture – Cultural Web), and focused in management studies, as well as a set of reflections on the progress and scenarios of CMS.

Given the rapid growth of the CMS movement, it’s ever increasing theoretical and geographical diversity and its outreach into the public scope, in particular in the Businessfinancial market – which sharing a common key “business success and survival probabilities to default”. In this sector, economists -working very closely with some political factors - have been evaluating where there are some opportunities to improve cost effectiveness. Using models such as SWOT or PESTEL analysis are able to determinate which countries:
a) could be threat ,i.e. US/European are themajor competitors
b) could lessen opportunities costs, such as: India, China, Philippines, Brazil, etc. In fact, emerging countries, where labour regulations are manageable to implement their business strategies.
