This company is one of the largest companies in the telecommunication area, it seems this company has been doing a good performance with the technologies and working along with other international companies.



It seems for me that this company is in good financial shape, also with their products and prices seems that they can get morecustomer in following years, I think they could offer lower rate of roaming in the country were they have partner company or even to not charge the users for it.



Although the company has been grown for the last year, it has to keep develop new system because the competition on the mobile and internet device is really hard, there are a lot small companies that has been doing a great job,this company should focus in what they can offer to the hold the customer that they already have and also what they can offer for bring new customers.



This company has taken advantage of the relate companies, to have presence in Europe and Latin America, I think Latin America is a good market because there are not so many competitors that offer the intelligent services, for examplein Mexico there are only 4 companies which offer these services which one of these is Telefonica already but I think this company has not done enough to get the customer in Mexico, for example when you have a mobile from this company , you can lose the signal and not be able to make a call anywhere you go, also the internet services is not quite good yet, so I think this company shouldinvest more because there are a big market waiting for a good mobile, internet or TV company to offer quality and reasonable price to pay for these services.

I chose it because I think the telecommunication industry is interesting, also I would like to know how the services work over here in Europe and see how big the companies are. This company has a lot partners company all around the world, so it must be interested to know how all this companies workalong and which one makes more profit for the main company. And the main reason is because the information is in English and not only in Czech.
