Objective Anecdote: While inside in the living room Scott was babbling “bababababa” and crawling onthe floor. His mom was sitting close to him. He looked at her and said “mamama’ and he yelled “aaaa”. He saw a dog coming into the room he was trying to crawl faster but he couldn’t. He said “dadadaaaaa “ and he looked at his mom. His mom said “ Yes it is a doggie” he looked at the dog again and began crawling some more.
The dog ran away and Scott yelled “aaaa dadadada”. His mom looked at himand then went out of the room. Scott was still crawling. He took a plastic car and he put it in his mouth and started babbling again “ababababab”.
He crawled around the room and he cried quietly ashis mom came in and fed him. He closed his eyes while he was eating. When he finished his meal his mom put him in his crib. He stared cry as his mom went away. He cried for ten minutes and then he fellasleep.

Skill Building: In terms of Scott’s physical development/large motor skills, he is developing balance and strengthening the large muscle in his arms and legs as he crawls. Fine motorskill, He is discovering how to pick things up, he is spending time just passing the toy to his mouth.A second skill the Scott is building is in the area social emotional. Scott begins to associate wordswith objects. He is developing object permanence. He stars to connect two behaviors together. A third skill the Scott is building is in the area of language. Scott is babbling and he is trying toimitate sounds.

Subjective Evaluation:After observing Scott crawling, it is believed that he has well- developing physical coordination in the area of his large motor skills. He craws in both...
