Our channels of distribution consist of an interdependent system involved in making our product available and easy for consumption. The country we pick for introducingEstrella´s Damm beer has been choose based on the amount of people with coeliac disease, culture where beer is well represented and geography.
Simple Channel is a basic distribution network consistsof two parts:
1) One Location that store, ship, and receive materials
2) A set of routes and distribution systems
a) Land
b) Sea ( Chip transport to Belgium, Germany or theNetherlands)
c) Airport ( faster transport to Belgium, Germany or the Netherlands)
d) Internet ( easy and chip system to receive orders)
All those elements connect us with the client. Onelocation with fixed transportation routes connecting with other parts of the network. Out distribution channels move Damm products from businesses to consumers aanalyzing quantities, willingness to pay,area, time, and the lowest cost.
Multiple channels (The three- tier)
The first stage is based on a basic distribution channel, the second stage describes a more complex and dynamic channel. Thethree-tier system that requires Damm products to pass through intermediaries , known as the distributor. The distributor does “the on-the-ground sales and marketing for the producer, and thedistributors sells the beer to retailers.” This system consist in indirectly sells to the consumers. Our Intermediaries provide several benefits to us and consumers because tehy improved efficiency, a betterassortment of products, routinization of transactions, and easier searching for goods as well as customers. Always provide all retailers the same pricing, maintain refrigerated warehouses to store thebeer, and fleets of trucks to ship the beer around the distribution.
