How to play on the hambol or handball and what rules?
THE COURT
The field has an area of 40 x 20 meters, with a goal area at each end.
The goal
The goal is 2 meters high and 3 meterswide. Must have a network arranged such that the balls do not bounce penetrate the goal outward. The poster and the crossbar must be of the same material (wood, light metal or plastic) and must have across section of 8 inches per side.
THE BALL
The ball is made of leather or synthetic material. The ball used in the male category (categories juvenile, junior and senior) has a circumference of58-60 cm and a weight of 425-475 g. The ball used in the method and in the female child has a circumference of 54 to 56 cm and weighing 325 to 400 g. The mini-handball ball using a circumference of 48cm and a weight of 290 grams.
PLAYERS
A team consists of 12 players. Not allowed more than 7 (6 field players and 1 goalie) are on the field at the same time. The rest are substitutes, whichmay come at any time and as many times as needed during the game, since the player being replaced has left the field. Player substitutions should be made in replacing lines.
No game can begin if notpresent at least five players, including the goalkeeper. The players on each team must be uniformed doormen must wear colors other than those of the field players. Each player must wear tennis shoes.Playtime
The playing time is different for different categories. We suggest the following:
After halftime, the teams change courts and the kick is made by the team that did not make thekickoff.
It allows a timeout of 60 seconds for each team in each half. This time is not cumulative.
Playing the ball

Thisallowed:
Throwing, catching, stop, push or hit the ball in any direction using hands, arms, head, torso, thighs or knees.
Hold the ball more than 3 seconds.
