Water Pollution
The water is not only an essential part of our own physical nature and that of other creatures alive, but also contributes to the general welfare in all human activities. Water ismostly used as an indispensable element in the diet of all living beings, and this is one of the few elements without which life could not be sustained. For all this water offers great benefits to man,but at the same time can transmit diseases, such as cholera. Water from surface sources (rivers, lakes and streams), is day to day of severecontamination, proceeds from the activities of man; This added to the water substances alien to its composition, changing the quality of education. It is contaminated because it can’t be used as it isusually done said. This pollution has gained importance due to the increase in the population and the increase in thepollutants which the own man has created.
The sources of pollution are indirect results of the domestic, industrial or agricultural activities. Rivers and canals are contaminated by waste from sewer,waste industrial, detergents, fertilizers and pesticides that off of agricultural land. The effect on the rivers translates into the disappearance of natural vegetation, decrease the amount of oxygencausing the death of fish and other aquatic animals.
